Refund and Returns Policy
Returned items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Food and perishables
- Hygiene‑sensitive products
- Custom or special‑order items
These items may only be returned if faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Refunds are processed 3–5 working days after the returned item is inspected.
